Whilst fixing a problem for a new customer in Templestowe recently, he said how much easier it was to have someone come in and fix their problem with internet explorer and clean up his computers. His other alternative was to spend the time packing up the computer, taking it to a store, waiting for it to be repaired, picking up the computer and setting it up again.
