Mark and Duncan (10 Tasman Street Bondi) - $1,345,000 reserve. Sold for $1,370,000. Profit $25,000.
Dan & Dani (6 Tasman Street, Bondi) - $1,355,000 reserve. Sold for $1,575,000. Profit $220,000.
Phil & Amity (12 Tasman Street, Bondi) - $1,375,00 reserve. Sold for $1,670,000. Profit $295,000.
